Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS Appointments To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete your case history form. This allows our esthetician to review any medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Late Arrivals We respect your time and the time of other clients. If you arrive late, your treatment will be adjusted to fit the remaining scheduled time, and the full session fee will still apply. Some restrictions may apply. Late Policy Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time will have their appointment cancelled and may be subject to cancellation fees. Cancellation & No-Show Policy • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Voucher & Gift Card Policy • No refunds on vouchers, gift certificates, or pre-paid packages. • Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount and are available at the spa or online as e-gift cards. • We cannot process returns or reimburse payments for lost, misplaced, or stolen gift cards. • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, but any remaining balance can be applied to future visits.
