Offering a personalized facial experience tailored just for you. Each of the three tiers includes a consultation, skin analysis, and treatment, allowing your esthetician to customize the session with the best modalities for your skin’s needs. Treatments may incorporate Hydrofacial, microdermabrasion, oxygen therapy, nodowntime chemical peels, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, high-frequency, masks, and more—based on what you and your esthetician determine is best. These tiered options simplify the process, letting you choose based on appointment lengthor budget, so we can focus on achieving radiant, healthy skin together.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Appointments Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete your case history form. This ensures our aesthetician is aware of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment. A credit card is required for booking multiple appointments or packages. Late Arrivals We value your time and the time of the client following you. If you are late, you will receive the remainder of your allotted treatment time at full fee. Some restrictions apply. Late Policy If you arrive late, we may only be able to offer you the remaining time of your session, with the full session fee applying. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be cancelled and subject to fees. Future appointments will require prepayment. Cancellation Policy Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the service will be charged 25% of the service fee. Voucher Policy No refunds on vouchers, gift certificates, or pre-paid packages. Gift certificates are available in any amount and can be purchased at the spa or online as e-gift cards. We cannot process returns or reimburse payments on gift cards, even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, but any remaining balance can be applied to future visits.
