Every treatment is custom-designed to support your skin, scalp, and overall well being.

Is it customary to tip?In appreciation of the staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion either directly to your therapist or alternatively, you may leave it at the reception desk upon leaving the spa. Please do not feel obligated to tip.

What is your cancellation policy?Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a 24–hour notice. Group reservations may not be canceled. A cost equal to the full price of the service will be incurred by those who miss appointments and fail to cancel or reschedule within the policy. Please note that you will be required to provide a credit card or debit card number to secure a booking.

What if I am running late?Please advise us as soon as you know that you will be delayed. We will try to postpone your appointment within the same day to accommodate you. If we are unable to reschedule your treatment, your therapist will provide the remaining portion of your service upon your arrival. In being punctual, you will not lose precious moments of your treatment.

How do I book an appointment?An AV Salon agent will be happy to help you plan your spa experience. You can make your reservation directly under Services or call us at 647-563-6501. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible. Some services are often in high demand. Please note that you will be required to provide a credit card or debit card number to secure a booking

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards and bank transfer.

What is the minimum age to access the Spa ?Spa guests must be 16 years of age or over. Minors having treatments must be accompanied by a guardian and/or have a waiver signed by a parent. As a courtesy to our guests, infants and small children are not allowed into the Spa. Some of our guests may be allergic to animals, therefore pets are not allowed into the Spa.
