Your treatment begins with a thorough consultation and professional skin analysis, allowing your esthetician to create a customized treatment plan designed to deliver the best possible results. Depending on your skin condition, concerns, and the length of your appointment, your facial may include one or multiple advanced treatment modalities such as: Hydrofacial Microdermabrasion No-downtime chemical peels Dermaplaning Oxygen infusion therapy LED Light Therapy High Frequency Buccal Massage (when appropriate) Facial, neck, and décolleté massage Professional treatment masks Customized serums, boosters, and finishing treatments Rather than selecting individual add-ons, simply choose the facial experience that best fits your schedule and budget, and we'll customize every step of your treatment for maximum results. Treatment Guide 60-Minute Signature Facial Perfect for maintenance or addressing one primary skin concern. Your treatment typically includes your customized facial along with up to one advanced modality, when appropriate. 75-Minute Deluxe Facial Ideal for clients seeking more corrective results and relaxation. This experience may include up to two advanced modalities, allowing for a more targeted and comprehensive treatment. 90-Minute Platinum Facial Our most complete facial experience. With additional treatment time, your esthetician can combine multiple advanced modalities (typically two to four, depending on your skin's needs) for the most personalized and results-driven treatment possible. Every facial is different because every skin is different. Your esthetician will recommend only the treatments that are safe, effective, and appropriate for your skin on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS Appointments To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete your case history form. This allows our esthetician to review any medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Late Arrivals We respect your time and the time of other clients. If you arrive late, your treatment will be adjusted to fit the remaining scheduled time, and the full session fee will still apply. Some restrictions may apply. Late Policy Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time will have their appointment cancelled and may be subject to cancellation fees. Cancellation & No-Show Policy • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Tuesday Luxe Promotion The Tuesday Luxe promotion offers $20 OFF the 70-Minute Japanese Head Spa. Valid for Tuesday appointments only. The promo code TuesdayLuxe must be entered at the time of booking to receive the discount. The discount cannot be applied after the booking has been completed. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, packages, gift card promotions, or special offers. Voucher & Gift Card Policy • No refunds on vouchers, gift certificates, or pre-paid packages. • Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount and are available at the spa or online as e-gift cards. • We cannot process returns or reimburse payments for lost, misplaced, or stolen gift cards. • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, but any remaining balance can be applied to future visits.
